About the Role
This role leads preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance for production equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will guide maintenance teams, coach technicians, and work closely with manufacturing, quality, and facilities teams to resolve equipment issues. The position focuses on improving equipment availability, reliability, and safety. You will manage spare parts using CMMS and support equipment design and upgrade decisions. Strong expertise in CNC, PLC, and automation systems is required.
