About the Role
The Partner Operations Analyst at BMC Helix is responsible for managing global channel partner programs including Business Investment Funds, Teaming, and Co-Sell initiatives. The role provides operational and sales support to worldwide partner managers, oversees partner onboarding and enablement, manages certifications and reporting, ensures system and data integrity, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders. The position focuses on improving transaction velocity, driving automation and AI adoption, and delivering high-quality partner service across the Helix partner ecosystem.
