The role involves handling L2/L3 security tickets, implementing firewall rules in compliance with defined security policies, and collaborating with international teams to support business requirements. The engineer will participate in firewall upgrades, patching, and global security projects while monitoring performance and proactively recommending improvements. The position also contributes to automation initiatives by providing feedback and developing scripts where applicable, while maintaining strong SLA adherence and operational excellence.
