About the Role
The Lead Software Test Analyst will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise applications through strong manual and automation testing practices. This role involves designing test scenarios, executing end-to-end and system testing, and independently developing automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Protractor. The analyst will support UAT activities, perform database validations, and collaborate closely with Agile teams to identify and resolve defects early. The position also requires mentoring team members, owning test strategies, and contributing to continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced financial services environment.
