About the Role
The Automation QA role focuses on ensuring software quality through comprehensive manual and automated testing across complex banking and transaction-processing systems. The position involves designing, maintaining, and executing test scripts, performing end-to-end testing, and validating data across multiple interfaces and environments. You will work closely with developers and test leads in an agile setup to analyze requirements, identify risks, and ensure defect-free delivery. The role also includes managing test artifacts, supporting quality audits, contributing to test strategies, and validating integrations such as IVR, POS, ATM, and payment switch systems.
