About the Role

Salesforce Lead position focusing on custom Salesforce development and third-party service integration. Key responsibilities include performing impact analysis on Salesforce releases, mentoring offshore teams on Lightning development and best practices, contributing to classic-to-Lightning migration, designing and deploying complex enhancements, and owning the platform collaboratively. Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, minimum 7 years of Salesforce implementation experience, hands-on programming expertise, and in-depth understanding of object-oriented programming. Exposure to .NET/Java and JavaScript required.
