Lead Business Systems Analyst - India
The Lead Business Systems Analyst is responsible for driving business process optimization and translating stakeholder needs into effective system solutions. This role involves conducting requirements workshops, documenting business and functional specifications, and analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. The analyst collaborates closely with IT, operations, finance, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure business objectives align with technical implementations. Responsibilities include creating BRDs, user stories, and use cases, supporting system enhancements and integrations, and ensuring successful delivery within Agile environments. As a lead, the role also provides technical guidance to other analysts and mentors junior team members while owning key analysis deliverables end-to-end.
