Sr R&D Project Manager - India
The Senior R&D Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of software initiatives within the Digital Services and Operations Management product portfolio. This role drives execution across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring releases are delivered on schedule and within scope and budget. Acting as a servant leader, the manager facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages risks and dependencies, and enables alignment across engineering, product management, sales, and support teams. The position requires strong ownership of the full project lifecycle, coordination of cross-functional stakeholders, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. The role also focuses on release predictability, agile maturity, and data-driven program governance within a global R&D environment.
