Performance Manager, IMEA
The Performance Manager will lead end-to-end performance management processes for consultants across the IMEA region. This role is responsible for managing mid-year and year-end review cycles, conducting quality assurance of evaluations, and ensuring alignment with competency frameworks and regional standards. The position involves monitoring performance trends, identifying development needs, and partnering with talent leaders on performance improvement cases and documentation. The role also includes building dashboards and reports, analyzing performance and utilization data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership. Additionally, the manager will drive process improvements, maintain system integrity, and collaborate closely with Talent Management, HR Operations, and Learning & Development teams to enhance overall performance governance.
