About the Role
As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will provide customer-focused application and production support within a high-availability cloud environment. The role involves monitoring application servers, databases, and batch processes, identifying and resolving operational issues, and ensuring system performance under strict SLAs. You will troubleshoot Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, manage cloud-based hosting environments on Azure or AWS, and maintain operational documentation and reporting. Additionally, you will collaborate with product and client teams, support complex data flows, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure seamless service continuity.
