Design, develop, and enhance solutions built on Duck Creek Distribution Management System (DMS) to support insurance business processes and document workflows. Customize and configure DMS components to meet client-specific requirements while ensuring system stability and performance. Integrate DMS with external systems using Java and SQL, and contribute to optimizing existing functionalities. Collaborate closely with business analysts, testers, and technical leads within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases. Troubleshoot application issues, maintain coding standards, and provide innovative solutions to address evolving client needs.
