Oracle HCM Functional
This hybrid role seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with end-to-end implementation experience. You will be responsible for business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design across multiple Oracle HCM modules including Global HR, HRHD, Absences, Cloud Payroll, Talent Management, Oracle Time and Labor, Compensation and Benefits, ORC, OLC, and Taleo Recruit and Onboarding with TCC. The role requires the ability to write Fast Formulas and a solid understanding of AIM/OUM processes, phases, and documentation standards. Senior candidates with 8+ years of experience are expected to have completed 4-5 cloud implementation projects. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, and Oracle Cloud Certification is preferred.
