Sr Group Operations Manager
This senior group operations manager role is responsible for ensuring account retention, driving account-level revenue generation, and delivering all project milestones as per customer requirements. You will manage and conduct monthly reviews of teams to ensure all responsibilities and deliverables are completed within SLAs. A key part of the role involves identifying attrition trends across accounts and implementing initiatives to reduce churn. You will be responsible for executing Profit Implementation Plans (PIP), reviewing budget versus actual costs, analyzing deviations, and developing strategies to minimize gaps through levers such as automation and self-driven initiatives. The role also requires ensuring absorption of freshers aligned with defined account targets, performing value addition activities including continuous improvement programs (CIP & SIP), and implementing strategies to boost overall productivity while maintaining high customer satisfaction (ACSAT).
