Delivery Manager-Talent Development Optimization Processes New
As a Delivery Manager for Talent Development Optimization Processes within IBM BPO, you will manage finance clients across different industries and handle Finance & Accounts engagements. You will own client contracts across geographies and provide transition support for establishing processes, metrics identification, and reporting.
You will establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms for key operational indicators to support decision-making. The role requires strong change management experience, including the ability to challenge, inspire, and lead teams through transformation. You will be responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters critical to quality for process delivery.
You will assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders, and managers, encompassing performance management, feedback, and training. Ensuring mentorship and adequate training of team members is essential to meeting process objectives and customer requirements.
This role requires 8-15 years of experience in Talent and Transformations, covering HRO, EDM, Payroll, HR Back Office, Talent Management, and Recruitment. Proven experience in creating value propositions, business cases, and industry-specific offerings is essential, along with the ability to design business outcome models and identify new business opportunities. Experience working in a BPO/Shared Services environment with global client exposure is required.
