As a Delivery Manager for Talent Development Optimization Processes, you will manage finance clients across different industries within Finance and Accounts domains. You will own client engagements and contracts across multiple geographies while providing transition support for establishing processes, identifying metrics, and setting up reporting frameworks.
You will establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms for key operational indicators to support data-driven decision-making. Leading transformation initiatives is a critical part of the role, requiring strong change management capabilities to challenge, inspire, and guide your team toward improved performance.
You will be responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters that are critical to quality for process delivery. Additionally, you will assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders, and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training. Ensuring adequate mentorship and training of team members to meet process objectives and customer requirements is expected.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in HRO areas including Employee Data Management, Payroll, HR Back Office, Talent Management, and Recruitment. You should be capable of creating value propositions, business cases, and industry-specific offerings, as well as supporting sales teams in building compelling business cases for offshore operations. Leading continuous process improvement efforts, conducting maturity assessments, and working in BPO/Shared Services environments with global clients are all essential aspects of this position.
