As an Application Consultant for ServiceNow at IBM Consulting, you will provide configuration and maintenance support for ServiceNow product implementations with expertise in both business and technical aspects of specific ServiceNow modules, service management, and ITIL processes. You will design and configure ServiceNow modules to meet client requirements while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices, tailoring solutions within budget guidelines and negotiating with clients for successful delivery. You will prepare detailed cost-benefit models to inform solution design and effort estimation, considering value vs. effort and project timelines. Leading the team in developing a ServiceNow strategy, you will guide solution development and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. Staying current with web technologies such as XML, HTML, Web Services, and technical components like LDAP, VPN, and SSL is expected. You will contribute to solution design through effort estimation and costing while ensuring solutions align with industry standards.
