BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION CONSULTANT-TALENT TRANSFORMATION New
As a Business Transformation Consultant focused on Talent Transformation, you will work within IBM's BPO division to execute key Human Resource delivery processing activities using SAP HR Management Systems. You will input and process employee data in the HR system to provide accurate and timely information across a variety of HR services.
Your responsibilities include working on complex HR transactions requiring review and eligibility checking, running reports, and performing reconciliations between various data sources. You will interface directly with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration and HR processes.
You are expected to ensure compliance with the client's existing standards, provide data for internal business controls teams, and deliver services that meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. You will also provide solutions to issues escalated by the contact centre according to established policy guidelines.
A strong understanding of end-to-end HRMS systems and processes is essential, as you will need to navigate upstream and downstream dependencies to resolve issues. Occasional system testing may also be required. The role demands excellent English communication skills, strong MS Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure.
