Process Associate - Insurance Claims (Spartan) New
As a Process Associate in Insurance Claims at Spartan Technology Services (an IBM subsidiary), you will be responsible for investigating, processing, and disbursing life and annuity insurance claims. This includes validating documents, determining claim actions, and calculating benefit amounts for beneficiaries. You will work closely with onshore and offshore customers through email and calls, maintaining a professional and encouraging approach. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets is essential. You will use your expertise to evaluate the work of others, assist in process calibration, facilitate team huddles, and lead teach-back sessions. The role involves identifying process improvements and cost reduction opportunities and driving those initiatives to closure. You must maintain key records and working files for reference and audit purposes. A Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of experience in Life/Annuities products and Claims is required, along with strong analytical skills and good English communication.
