You will assess clients' current infrastructure, identify improvement areas, and implement tailored Oracle Cloud CX solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer experiences. Your responsibilities include analyzing and improving cross-departmental business processes to ensure seamless customer interactions, conducting thorough infrastructure assessments, and providing actionable recommendations for enhancement. You will also customize Oracle Cloud CX implementations to meet specific client requirements and design complex unified data foundations integrating multiple systems and data sources. Experience with Oracle Cloud CX implementation, business process analysis, infrastructure assessment, and solution tailoring is required. A Bachelor's degree is required with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience.
