Process Delivery Specialist - Record to Report New
As a Process Associate in Record to Report (R2R), you will be responsible for recording and posting financial transactions of individual business units and preparing financial reports. You will coordinate all accounting activities associated with the Record to Report cycle, including general ledger maintenance, inter-company transactions, reconciliation, and fixed asset accounting. You are expected to recognize potential threats in the process and suggest suitable corrective actions. Adherence to SLAs and timelines is essential. You should have a working knowledge of basic accounting principles and be proficient in addressing queries and taking follow-up actions. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts and proficiency in MS Office applications. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on General Accounting is required.
