You will implement and support Pega PRPC-based solutions for managing CRM, primarily through contact center desktop and Business Process Management (BPM) services. Your role involves leveraging consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to integrate Pega technology into client business environments and deliver expected business outcomes. You will provide support across multiple project phases including vision and strategy, architecture, and development. The role requires hands-on experience with Pega Solution Frameworks for Financial Services such as NBB, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute. You will work within IBM Consulting's Client Innovation Centers, collaborating with teams to deliver deep technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients globally.
