Package Consultant-Workday HCM & Compensation New
You will serve as a Package Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation, responsible for implementing and supporting the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients. Your role involves applying consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure systems that align with client business needs.
Key responsibilities include planning and conducting fit analyses, gathering requirements, and configuring the Workday system to ensure successful implementation. You will identify and resolve configuration and functional issues across core HCM and compensation modules to maintain seamless system operation. Performing unit testing to validate system configuration before client rollout is a critical part of the role.
You will also provide post-implementation support, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring continued system functionality. Additionally, you will assist with rollout activities to ensure successful deployment of Workday solutions. Familiarity with additional Workday modules such as talent management, payroll, or benefits, as well as advanced compensation concepts like variable pay and performance management, is considered a strong advantage.
