Senior Manager, Engineering
Senior Engineering Manager role leading frontend engineering with strong background in modern frontend technologies. Key responsibilities include owning and defining frontend strategy, architecture, and delivery for core product areas, leading and mentoring a high-performing team of 10+ frontend engineers, establishing engineering standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability, driving performance, accessibility, security, and reliability in UI, collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-impact features, maintaining frontend roadmap and design system, and hiring and developing top talent. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading teams of 10+ engineers, strong technical background in React.js, Angular, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks, state management (Redux/Zustand/Context), build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel), CI/CD, and testing (Jest/RTL/Cypress).
