Associate Director, Global Executive Recruitment ⚡ Urgent
As Associate Director in Global Executive Recruitment (GER), you will lead senior-leadership hiring (up to SVP level) across Technology Services, Sales, and Corporate portfolios. Responsibilities include partnering with business and functional heads to define executive hiring needs, developing search strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment (market mapping, candidate engagement, assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding), engaging direct sourcing and external search firms as needed, building a strong and diverse executive talent pipeline, and ensuring compliance and stakeholder excellence — working India business hours with flexibility for global stakeholder interaction. Hybrid work model (office + remote) with 2 days/week in office is offered.
