As a SAP CRM Functional Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will implement SAP CRM modules covering Sales, Service, and Marketing, including master data management and transaction processing. You will configure business partner records, activities, and UI frameworks to drive process efficiency across the CRM landscape.
A significant part of the role involves integrating CRM with ECC/S/4HANA and external channels using middleware technologies. You will support system enhancements, manage testing cycles, and deliver comprehensive training to end users and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate has 4–12 years of experience in SAP CRM 7.x with hands-on Web UI and Interaction Center (IC) configuration expertise. Knowledge of middleware, BDOC processing, and data replication mechanisms is required. Experience in service processes including warranty management and contract management is expected.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
