SAP Service Management Functional Consultant New
As a SAP Service Management Functional Consultant, you will design and configure S/4HANA Service Management solutions encompassing service contracts, service orders, and in-house repair processes. You will be responsible for configuring pricing, service billing, and resource planning for field service operations.
Integration is a core part of this role — you will work across SD, MM, PM modules and integrate with Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Service (CS) components where applicable. You will lead testing cycles, manage deployments, and produce detailed process documentation.
The role requires 6–12 years of experience in S/4 Service Management with end-to-end process expertise. You should have strong knowledge of service contracts, billing processes, and integration with logistics and finance modules. Experience with scheduling, confirmation, and settlement processes is essential.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to deliver effective training sessions are expected for this position.
