As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for enterprise Sales systems such as CRM, CPQ, Lead Management, and Forecasting tools. You will translate complex business needs into well-defined user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and ensure high-value delivery through data-driven decisions.
You will collaborate with Sales leaders, Sales Ops, IT, and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with strategic business goals. Leading Agile execution is a core part of this role, including sprint planning, UAT, release readiness, and deployment of high-quality features and integrations.
You will oversee change management efforts, ensure adoption of new capabilities, and continuously optimize sales processes, data integrity, and reporting. Partnering with senior stakeholders at VP/EVP level is expected, requiring strong communication, political awareness, and client-facing skills. The role also involves designing and enhancing Sales processes using packaged solutions like Salesforce, SaaS platforms, and custom applications while supporting global Sales functions through business advisory and user-centric design.
