Lead Software Engineer - TM Functional New
Lead and support SAP Transportation Management (TM) implementations and upgrades across the full project lifecycle. Configure key SAP TM modules including Master Data Management, Forwarding Order Management, Freight Unit Building Rules, Planning and Optimization, Freight Order Management, Charge Calculation, and Freight Settlement. Manage end-to-end transportation processes for inbound, outbound, and domestic shipments, including transportation planning, carrier selection, and tendering. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Integrate SAP TM with SAP ERP, EWM, and other legacy systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Provide end-user training, troubleshoot and resolve SAP TM issues, and document configurations, processes, and enhancements. Requires strong knowledge of transportation capacity and demand planning, interactive freight tendering, collaboration portals, and familiarity with multiple freight modes including Rail, Road, and Water/River.
