Associate Director, Technology Sales Support - Solutions Consulting - Remote New
Lead and manage a team of solutions consultants who support technology sales efforts across the Americas region. Drive pre-sales technical support by collaborating with sales teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution presentations to prospective clients. Develop and refine consulting methodologies and best practices to improve win rates and customer engagement. Partner with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions. Oversee the creation of technical proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales support activities and pipeline contribution.
