KYC Onboarding Manager

This role supports Wholesale Onboarding operations by managing and reviewing KYC processing, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and client onboarding journeys end-to-end. You will engage directly with clients and front-office teams to gather required KDD evidence, ensuring all onboarding and refresh activities align with documented policy. The role involves identifying operational improvements, contributing to the development and implementation of onboarding procedures, and producing reports and presentations for senior internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate wholesale onboarding processes, and participate in projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness. A strong understanding of various client types, organizational structures, and onboarding requirements is essential.
