Increase speed and accuracy of provisioning, reduce provisioning locations, accelerate onboarding via self-service, and offer flexible authentication options. Lead and manage global development teams, ensuring appropriate design and resource allocation. Champion change management and drive innovation. Collaborate with partners and clients to develop solutions driving revenue and efficiency. Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts. Drive recruitment and retention of diverse talent. Requires 15+ years in systems analysis and program development, with 6-8 years managing development teams. Experience with AI agents, architecting large-scale portal experiences, and entitlement management. Strong Java expertise (Core Java, Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RDBMS). Experience with microservices architecture, Kafka, micro-frontend architecture, and Angular. Ability to lead large-scale technology projects.
