Senior Vice President, POM Product Management
Act as primary advocate for client needs within Global Fund Administration Product team. Define and communicate product vision aligned with business goals. Create and maintain prioritized list of user stories and requirements. Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement. Provide feedback during development cycles. Accept or reject completed work based on predefined criteria. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and other product owners, communicating progress, risks and outcomes. Make implementation trade-off decisions to deliver products with minimal defects. Requires Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in product management or related roles, including 5+ years in leadership positions. Experience in securities or financial services industry preferred. Experience with product development, agile framework and ceremonies.
