Technical Product Manager - CIAM
This role owns the product vision, strategy, and execution for Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and customer profile platforms. Responsibilities include leading discovery for identity use cases, defining and prioritizing backlogs, writing clear technical requirements, and partnering closely with engineering and architecture on APIs, integrations, and platform decisions. The position balances security, privacy, and user experience while driving scalable identity solutions, coordinating releases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, security posture, and product integration.
