The Gen AI Lead role is responsible for defining technical strategy and architecture for generative AI solutions aligned with business goals. The position leads the design and implementation of Azure OpenAI–based solutions, including prompt engineering, chatbot and RAG architectures, and secure, scalable AI platforms. Responsibilities include overseeing MLOps and DevOps practices, mentoring engineering teams, setting coding standards, and ensuring reliable deployment of AI models and applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
