Finance Workforce Planning Senior Analyst
Support global workforce and compensation planning by partnering with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to align headcount and cost strategies with business objectives. Act as a subject matter expert for FTE and compensation planning, leading monthly reporting, reconciliation, and variance analysis across global functions. Provide leadership-ready insights through strategic analytics, scenario modeling, benchmarking, and decision support. Drive process improvements and tool migrations, ensure accurate and timely financial submissions, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve payroll alignment, planning efficiency, and strategic workforce decisions.
