Associate – Corporate Finance CoE ⚡ Urgent
Join Corporate Finance and Strategy CoE as innovation partner for Bain's Global strategy practice. Work with global teams on corporate finance and capital markets projects conducting financial diagnostics, developing intellectual property, and providing tailored analyses for C-Suite executives. Drive analysis on complex cases, manage 1-3 analysts, and deliver client-ready research covering financial statement analysis, valuation principals, and equity markets. Execute team's overall answer, final materials, and client communication. Requires 2-5 years experience (undergrad) or 0-3 years (postgrad) in investment banking, equity research, or consulting with strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation. CA/CFA preferred.
