Associate (MCX Enablement) - Customer CoE ⚡ Urgent
Join Customer CoE to provide expertise in Pricing, Commercial Excellence, Branding, Marketing, and Customer Experience work. Develop high-impact sales collateral including proposals, discussion decks, and RFP responses for clients across regions. Co-create innovative perspectives and products, build differentiated offerings through new tools, drive open-ended client requests, and collaborate on deployment of solutions. Ensure timely, zero-defect output, use storytelling skills with senior stakeholders, and assist in operational tasks including leadership updates and knowledge database maintenance. Requires 2-5 years experience (undergrad) or 1-3 years (postgrad) with proven ability to build sales collateral on go-to-market, commercial excellence, branding, and customer experience topics. Professional Services experience preferred.
