Associate- Corporate Support Functions (D&I Capabilities) ⚡ Urgent
Join Data & Insights Capabilities CoE Corporate Support team to support multiple G&A cost reduction and optimization cases through functional benchmarking, maturity assessments, time studies, and shared services opportunity assessment. Own end-to-end delivery of benchmarking and diagnostic solutions, work with case teams to understand requirements, leverage client data to build functional baseline and conduct benchmarking analysis to identify opportunities, analyze qualitative survey responses, and showcase domain expertise on Corporate Support functions. Support buildout of proprietary benchmark database and provide rapid benchmarking guidance. Requires 2-5 years experience (undergrad) or 1-3 years (postgrad) in consulting, research, and analysis with prior experience in Finance and HR transformation initiatives. Over 50% consulting experience preferred.
