Join Enterprise Technology CoE to support Tech Strategy, Transformation, and Roadmap projects. Map and analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, lead process redesign efforts to define optimized future-state workflows, develop process documentation and SOPs, establish KPIs for continuous improvement, and design automation solutions using low-code/no-code tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Signavio, and Alteryx. Collaborate with technology teams to integrate automation workflows, support automation governance, and stay current on Lean, Six Sigma methodologies and emerging technologies including Agentic AI and RPA. Requires 2-5 years experience (undergrad) or 0-3 years (postgrad) in professional services with consulting mindset and client-facing engagement experience.
