Join BCN PEG CoE providing specialized support across private equity value chain for investment decisions. Address critical diligence questions through survey analytics, digital diagnostics, workforce analytics, and disruption assessment. Take responsibility for workstreams independently while managing 1-3 analysts, generate hypothesis-driven business insights, build understanding of analytical tools, perform thorough quality checks, support work-planning and brainstorming, communicate insights effectively through well-formatted presentations, and provide training and mentoring to team members. Requires 2-5 years experience (undergrad) or 0-3 years (postgrad) in global professional services with business research and consulting exposure. Experience with Thomson Reuters, CapitalIQ, Factiva databases preferred. Strong Excel, PowerPoint skills with Tableau and Alteryx knowledge advantageous.
