Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
Lead multiple scrum teams across offices driving Agile transformation and delivery excellence. Serve as strategic facilitator between Product Owners, Developers, QA, UAT, and business stakeholders. Champion Agile best practices, coach teams, remove organizational impediments. Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects ensuring alignment with business goals and timely production rollout. Mentor junior scrum masters and influence organizational Agile maturity. Lead requirement gathering, conduct advanced analysis and estimation, prioritize and manage delivery pipelines, oversee development, testing and production rollout. Requires degree in Computer Technology, excellent communication and stakeholder management, advanced SQL and data analysis capabilities, proven Agile/Scrum delivery experience. Experience leading multiple teams or large-scale Agile programs with Agile certifications preferred.
