Executive Director, Data Architecture
Principal/Senior Engineer hands-on architecture and engineering role working across delivery pods within segment. Partner with segment technology leads, senior engineers, and product teams ensuring systems are designed and built correctly. Work day-to-day with delivery pods shaping designs, reviewing and writing code, resolving complex technical issues. Involved from design discussions through build, release, and production operation. Step in on complex integrations, performance issues, failures, and incidents helping teams stabilize and improve systems. Deep hands-on experience in financial-services domains with strong understanding of end-to-end workflows. Requires 17+ years building and operating production systems, strong hands-on engineering background, experience designing distributed data-intensive event-driven systems. Practical experience with cloud platforms AWS/Azure/GCP, reviewing/writing production code, working with senior engineers on complex problems.
