Provide essential operational and technical support for CI business applications and systems. Primary responsibility offering Application Front Line Support to commodity insights business partners for application support issues and requests during business hours. Follow standard operating procedures for incidents and service requests through helpdesk, proactively monitor applications, respond to alerts, provide periodic health check reports. Team operates 24/7 requiring work during APAC, EMEA, or AMER hours including weekend support on rotational shift basis (5 days weekly). Work hours vary based on business needs. Requires excellent communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced environment, willingness to work rotational shifts. Support CI business applications following established procedures and providing timely response to application issues.
