About the Role

Supervise production operations across moulding, press, and brazing assembly lines. Lead teams of operators, remove technical bottlenecks, and ensure production targets are met. Implement lean manufacturing practices including 5S, DWM, Kaizen, and QCC. Maintain proper documentation, ensure adherence to SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
