This role focuses on designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems that power Salesforce’s big data infrastructure. You will develop scalable data processing and analytics platforms using technologies such as Spark, Trino, Kafka, and Airflow to support both real-time and batch workloads. The position involves owning services end-to-end, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability in cloud-native environments. You will also mentor engineers, troubleshoot complex production issues, and continuously improve system resilience using Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code practices.
