As a Workday Adaptive Planning Manager, you will lead the design, configuration, and delivery of enterprise planning solutions across financial planning, workforce planning, and reporting. The role involves working closely with onshore functional leads, solution architects, and client stakeholders to build scalable and high-quality Adaptive Planning models. You will configure budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and workforce models while managing dimensions, versions, and time structures. The position also emphasizes adherence to delivery standards, identification of reusable assets, and knowledge sharing across teams to ensure consistent and efficient project execution.
