About the Role
The Agile Coach Manager will play a strategic role in driving and scaling Agile transformation across Global Enterprise Technology teams. This role focuses on coaching multiple teams and leaders on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks to improve delivery maturity and organizational effectiveness. The coach will design and deliver training, mentor Scrum Masters and leaders, and assess Agile maturity to remove systemic impediments. The position requires strong hands-on experience in enterprise Agile transformations, servant leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to embed Agile values and best practices at scale.
