Director - Compliance ⚡ Urgent
The Director – Compliance role is responsible for leading and managing compliance review programs across KPMG member firms, with a strong focus on System of Quality Management (SoQM) frameworks, risk management, and control effectiveness. The role involves planning and executing reviews, conducting tests of design and operating effectiveness of controls, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of multiple projects. This position requires close collaboration with global stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, driving process improvements, and leveraging automation tools to enhance compliance operations. The Director will also oversee resourcing, knowledge transfer, and continuous alignment with global quality and risk management methodologies.
