About the Role
As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will support the global finance team in delivering accurate financial planning and analysis across the organization. The role involves preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, board-level reporting packs, cash flow statements, and detailed cost center and revenue reports. You will assist in budgeting and forecasting cycles, consolidate submissions, and perform variance and trend analysis to highlight financial risks and opportunities. The position also requires creating structured reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders while supporting ad hoc financial analysis and transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
