Renewal Sales Representative - India
The Renewal Sales Representative is responsible for managing the complete contract renewal lifecycle across assigned territories. This role focuses on protecting and growing recurring revenue by proactively engaging customers, preparing renewal proposals, and negotiating pricing and contract terms. The position requires close coordination with internal teams such as field sales, legal, and revenue recognition to ensure contract accuracy and timely execution. The representative builds strong client relationships, addresses objections, and ensures renewals are completed 90–120 days prior to contract expiration. Success in this role is measured through renewal rates, revenue retention, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of defined sales targets.
